Well it has been quite a while since I've blogged, I guess I didn't have much to share until now! I'm back doing design work for a great cause... Yep, you guessed it, SUSTAINABILITY!

My daughter Chrissy is the model ... I'm working for Sustainable Dawson (Dawson College) and this is the K.I.S.S. awareness campagn for the Holidays, a reminder to "keep it simply sustainable". 

I got my voice back just in time to be part of U-strummit's last line-up of the season!

Some of you may have heard this remix on Facebook. I just wanted to take the opportunity to explain how this remix was crafted.

I was asked to substitute for my friend and lead the hymns for the congregation at our wee church this evening...  One of the parishioners commented that this was a funeral song. Well I can't argue that I haven't heard it at most funerals, yet I don't agree with the label "funeral song".

To me it's a  "Thank-God! Now I can see God's clarity! song".  A song of gratitude and hope... I love singing it, it makes me feel sustained and loved.

Our daughter is waiting another 3 days for life defining results! Is she going to be getting radiation or not? Her life is looking brighter (no pun intended!) even if she were to receive radiation (2 weeks worth max), she’s still getting out of this whole big C (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma) within 5 months! Not bad at all! Her hair is starting to grow back now and she’s looking forward to going back to school, imagine that!! An adolescent wanting to go to school... to say that this experience has changed her is an understatement!
